If you will keep a positive attitude you will dominate your game in Heroes of Newerth

Why are we playing the game Heroes of Newerth?
Well here are some in my list:

1. To be entertained.
2. To be known.
3. To pawn noobs!
4. To be recognized.
5. To be a winner!

Whatever your reason for playing HoN, I know for a fact that the the bottom line is that you want to win. But how do we win each game? Well there are a lot of factors to consider. Skill could be one. And one thing is for sure, you need to have teamwork in order to win this game. This is just like basketball. You can be like Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant. But without the team behind your back, you can't win.

Anyway, here are some of my insights about why attitude plays a major role in improving your game.

Attitude can give you 100% of your game!

Let me start this off by discussing what is attitude.According to merriam-webster.com, attitude means 'a mental position with regard to a fact or state'. This means it's all about what your mind is thinking while playing the game. There are only two things on how your mental position will be towards what's happening in the game - positive or negative. Remember it's like math. Positive mindset + positive action = positive results!

Keeping a positive attitude would greatly help you dominate the game because:

1. You have a mind set that you will win the game starting by the picks. Once the game started, when you're thinking of winning, you are already a winner. Do you believe in the law of attraction? What you think or what you wish will materialize. As quoted by Henry Ford: If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right.
2. Learning from your mistakes. Most players would be offended when someone would call them noobs or newbies. But that's life. Everyone is new for something at some point. You just have to learn from them. Take those negative words positively so you can improve the next time you play. And also, it's better to coach some teammate whenever they commit mistakes. Try to tell them what's their blunder in one clash or in their item build in a very nice and friendly manner. You will be surprised on how they will respond.
3. You can encourage other players. Good carries would always know what to do and would really encourage everyone when he sees that there's still a chance to win. Are you that kind of player? Even if you're just playing support but thinks that you can change a tide of the battle with your ulti, then just continue playing. E.g. Behemoth, Magmus, Kraken etc.
4. You will always try to do something that could change the tide. Positive thinkers will always try to find a way to win the game. Most of the best Carries I know have this kind of attitude. They will really try to farm their core build to get the edge in the game. No matter how hard it is to farm. They will still try to get out in the lane and farm it bit by bit and won't die by ganks. Like what NIKE's swoosh says. JUST DO IT!
5. You can avoid distractions like trash-talks. HoN is about skills and teamwork. If the trash-talk will go into your head, you can't focus on what you're doing. You will be affected by those non-sense talks. Remember, focus on the game and keep believing that you will win.
